Free Forever really means free forever. Paid tiers have clear annual/monthly pricing with no surprise question caps.
You own all intellectual property in your custom form branding, typography choices, and client response records.
Strict enforcement against malicious forms, credential phishing, or illegal data harvesting.
By creating an account or accessing any part of Formtry, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company, agency, or other legal entity, you represent that you possess the requisite authority to bind such entity.
You must be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to create an account on Formtry.
Free Forever Starter Tier: Formtry offers a free tier allowing unlimited forms and up to 100 submissions per month. We do not require a credit card to activate this tier, and it does not expire after an arbitrary trial period.
Studio Pro and Atelier Subscriptions: Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time via your studio settings. Upon cancellation, your paid privileges remain active through the end of the current billing cycle.
Refund Policy: We offer a 14-day no-questions-asked refund window on all annual subscription purchases.
You retain all right, title, and interest in and to all content, inquiries, questions, logos, and respondent submissions created on Formtry. We make no claim of ownership over your data.
You have the guaranteed right to export your submission database at any time in standardized CSV or JSON formats. If you choose to terminate your account, you will have a 30-day grace period to download all historical records before permanent purging.

Formtry maintains a 99.9% uptime target across our global edge infrastructure. While we take exhaustive engineering measures to safeguard system reliability, Formtry is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
In no event shall Formtry or its founders be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from lost profits, service interruptions, or data errors, exceeding the total amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
